Butter Bakery KC was started by Diana Russ in January of 2019. It is currently serving the Kansas City Metro area. It is a small bakery that is still growing a currently looking for a permanent location and possibly some part time help. Butter Bakery KC is currently focused on making delicious cakes, cookies, bars, and quick breads.

Diana Russ grew up in Kansas City and then went to Johnson & Wales University in Denver for her Bachelors Degree in Baking and Pastry and Food Service Management. She decided to start Butter Bakery KC because of her passion for baking and decorating.
